# Choose Space for Your POP VIP Group and Luggage

Plan the vehicle around the load it must carry. A guest list, a suitcase count and the dimensions of unusual equipment make a better request than a vehicle name alone.

Tell POP VIP the total passenger count, luggage and equipment before the vehicle is confirmed. The existing base fares cover 1–6 passengers; 7–14 passengers add $40 per journey. Space and access requirements still need review, and larger movements require a separately confirmed arrangement.

POP VIP uses the existing VIP destination fares, quoted in USD per vehicle for 1–6 passengers, one way. A larger vehicle adds $40 per journey for 7–14 passengers. Requested child seats cost $5 each per journey. The booking form combines these details; dispatch confirms the final arrangement.

## Build one accurate passenger list
