# Coordinate POP VIP with Early Arrivals and Late Departures

Your flight and room booking follow different clocks. Arrange the transfer around the actual itinerary, then ask the accommodation what it can offer before check-in or after checkout.

## Direct answer

Confirm early access, luggage storage and late-checkout options directly with the property. POP VIP arranges the agreed road journey and does not grant room access or resort facilities. If you want another stop or a private itinerary while waiting, request it separately and confirm the complete arrangement.

POP VIP uses the existing VIP destination fares, quoted in USD per vehicle for 1–6 passengers, one way. A larger vehicle adds $40 per journey for 7–14 passengers. Requested child seats cost $5 each per journey. The booking form combines these details; dispatch confirms the final arrangement.

## Ask the accommodation what is actually available

A room may not be ready when your flight arrives. Find out where luggage can be stored and which facilities, if any, your booking allows you to use while waiting. Do not infer a free early room, day pass or late checkout from a transfer confirmation.
