Your holiday equipment needs a place in the vehicle plan before arrival. Send the actual packed dimensions, not just the name of the sport.

## Direct answer

List golf bags, surf or kite equipment, dive luggage and other bulky items with the POP VIP request. Include the passenger count and ordinary bags too. Dispatch confirms the vehicle arrangement after reviewing the load; a base passenger allowance is not an equipment-capacity guarantee.

POP VIP uses the existing VIP destination fares, quoted in USD per vehicle for 1–6 passengers, one way. A larger vehicle adds $40 per journey for 7–14 passengers. Requested child seats cost $5 each per journey. The booking form combines these details; dispatch confirms the final arrangement.
