Your arrival in The Bannister Hotel & Yacht Club

Journey times are estimates; traffic and the confirmed hotel entrance can affect the arrival time.

The operator locates the hotel within Puerto Bahía at Carretera Sánchez-Samaná Km 5. It is a mainland hotel near Samaná, not Las Terrenas town, a cruise terminal or the island Cayo Levantado. Confirm hotel reception rather than a yacht berth. Ask dispatch for a current estimate to the exact hotel entrance. Arrival formalities, loading, traffic and weather add time. For the return, agree the pickup date and time from your flight requirements; a general zone estimate is not a hotel-specific guarantee.

For your The Bannister Hotel & Yacht Club booking, send the property name exactly as it appears on your accommodation confirmation. Include any entrance instructions, apartment or villa number, and luggage details so dispatch can prepare the final drop-off.

Keep your flight number and a reachable WhatsApp number with the request. If your itinerary changes, send the revised details before travel so the team can confirm the arrangements.
