Identify the property behind the booking name
A villa can be advertised under a private name that is unfamiliar at the security gate. Include the community, unit number and location supplied by your host. If several entrances exist, ask which one should be used for a vehicle arriving from POP.
Arrange access with the person who controls it
Ask the host whether the guest name, driver or vehicle details must be registered beforehand. Tell dispatch what information the community needs and allow time for confirmation. A transfer reservation does not itself authorize a vehicle to enter private property.
Agree a realistic handoff
The villa door, community entrance and reception area may be different places. Confirm where guests and luggage will be dropped, and whether steps or restricted roads affect access. If keys must be collected elsewhere, request that stop before travel rather than assuming it is included.
Prepare the exit as carefully as the arrival
For the return, confirm the pickup location, gate opening arrangements and a contact who will be reachable. Have luggage ready at the agreed point. Tell POP VIP if the accommodation changes during the stay so dispatch can review the address and collection plan.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
