A USD price identifies the fare currency; it does not establish how every booking can be paid. Ask about the method you intend to use and retain the reply with the confirmed itinerary. Check any payment request through the official dispatch contact.
Avoid making the pickup depend on an unplanned errand
If you need cash, plan that separately rather than expecting the driver to solve it at arrivals. A stop can change the agreed journey and needs review. Airport services and opening conditions are outside the transfer booking, so keep a practical fallback.
Clarify changes before the route changes
An added shop visit, second address or extra collection is not automatically included in a direct airport fare. Describe the request and ask for the complete arrangement before travel. Written clarity helps the group understand which amount belongs to the original transfer and which belongs to an agreed change.
Leave gratuity as a separate decision
If you decide to tip, that choice should remain distinct from the price of the confirmed service. Do not treat a suggested percentage from another travel website as a compulsory POP VIP fee. Ask dispatch about any unclear line in the quote rather than trying to resolve it through an assumed tip.
