Name the meeting place rather than only the property
A resort can have several lobbies, reception buildings or vehicle entrances. Ask which one applies to your booking and check the directions before the departure morning. For a villa, confirm whether the car can reach the unit or must meet at a community entrance.
Finish departure tasks before the collection
Allow time for checkout, stored luggage and any property account. A delayed elevator or a missing bag is easier to resolve before the vehicle arrives. Include every travelling guest in the preparation; a person still collecting luggage can hold up the whole private journey.
Tell dispatch when the holiday itinerary changes
Send a new hotel address, replacement flight number or split-group departure as soon as it is known. Do not assume an arrival booking automatically updates the return destination. Dispatch needs the current information to confirm the vehicle, zone and collection plan.
Use the confirmed contact if the handoff is unclear
If you cannot identify the vehicle, message dispatch from the agreed location with the booking name. Do not move to another lobby without telling the team. Verify any proposed vehicle change through the saved conversation before leaving the property.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
