Check what the total describes
Review the destination, direction, passenger count and requested extras. A return estimate and an arrival-only fare are different totals. Child seats and the established group supplement must be understood before comparing amounts. Save the complete confirmation rather than only a cropped price screenshot.
Ask about payment before boarding your flight
If you want to use a particular currency or payment method, ask in advance. Do not assume the vehicle carries a card terminal or that a transfer can be made immediately after landing. The dispatch reply should identify the arrangement that applies to your booking.
Verify any payment request independently
Use the official conversation if you receive different bank details, a new payment link or a request that conflicts with the confirmation. A change should be checked before money is sent. Avoid sharing sensitive card or banking credentials in a general booking message.
Treat changes and gratuities separately
Ask for approval of an additional stop or changed destination before the journey is altered. Clarify any resulting fare rather than leaving it for arrival. If you choose to tip, keep that decision separate from the confirmed transfer amount; a voluntary gratuity is not a substitute for agreeing the service price.
