Map the journeys before choosing a product
List the airport legs separately from sightseeing, hotel changes and local errands. A transfer is a defined journey; a rental has its own collection, return and usage conditions. Do not assume that booking POP VIP also reserves an on-call holiday driver or that a rental quote includes every airport-related charge.
Consider the arrival you want to manage
A late flight, unfamiliar villa entrance or large luggage load can make an arranged car appealing. Send POP VIP those details before confirmation. If renting, check the provider's actual counter hours, handover process, required documents and conditions directly rather than relying on another traveller's experience.
Compare requirements as well as cost
Child restraints, equipment capacity and access needs matter whichever option you choose. Confirm them with the supplier. A vehicle category name alone does not establish a particular model or its suitability. The same applies to passenger capacity when the group carries substantial holiday luggage.
Plan the final airport journey deliberately
If using POP VIP for departure, confirm collection from the actual accommodation and allow the airline's required airport time. If returning a rental, include the company's handover process in the schedule. Do not leave either task to an optimistic driving estimate on the morning of the flight.
