Check the airport code and local departure date on the airline booking. A flight shortly after midnight can require leaving the accommodation on the previous evening. If an earlier connection departs from POP, use that first flight for the airport pickup plan. Send the itinerary rather than asking dispatch to infer the date from a holiday end date.
Add the road journey without shrinking the airport allowance
Use the published driving estimate for the correct zone as a planning reference, not a guarantee. Traffic, rain and the final property entrance can affect the trip. A quiet road does not change an airline's document, bag-drop or security requirements. Dispatch confirms the collection time for the itinerary supplied.
Prepare the hotel or villa exit
Decide who is checking out, collecting stored luggage and handling any final property account. Confirm whether the car meets at the lobby, reception or a community entrance. For gated villas, make sure the driver can be admitted at the agreed time. Those tasks should not begin only when the pickup vehicle arrives.
Review changes instead of adjusting the clock yourself
Send new flight details and address changes to POP VIP. An airline delay does not always mean that check-in deadlines move by the same amount. Diving plans also involve a separate fitness-to-fly timeline that an airport transfer cannot shorten. Keep the confirmed collection arrangement until the relevant provider has clarified the change.
