An airport pickup does not establish hotel check-in or villa access. Ask the property how to enter late, who holds the keys and whether security needs your name in advance. Forward useful entrance instructions to POP VIP. For a villa, include the community, unit number and an on-site contact rather than only a coastal town.
Save a contact plan that works offline
Keep the booking name, dispatch number and meeting instructions on your phone before departure. Check how the WhatsApp number supplied will receive messages after landing. If you are travelling with another adult, sharing the confirmation can help if a battery runs low or one phone cannot connect at the airport.
Identify the correct booking at arrivals
Finish the required airport procedures before looking for the agreed meeting point. Verify the name sign and the details against the confirmation. If you do not see the driver, contact dispatch from a staffed arrivals area. Do not replace the agreed pickup with an unsolicited offer merely because someone knows a hotel name.
Leave the drive flexible
Do not promise a host an exact arrival minute based only on the flight schedule. Baggage, road conditions and gate access can still affect the evening. Ask about any essential stop before travel rather than assuming a shop will be open. The team confirms the practical itinerary for your destination and group.
