Identify who is supplying the price
A price copied from another provider, a forum or an old screenshot does not establish the fare for your reservation. Check the operator, date, direction and actual destination. POP VIP's published table applies to our own private service. Ask an airport taxi or other provider for its own current written or clearly agreed quote.
Compare vehicles and journeys on the same basis
A one-way vehicle fare cannot be compared directly with a return price or a single shared seat. Include all passengers and the luggage load. Check whether the quote describes direct travel to your property or a different drop-off point. A modest-looking price difference can simply reflect a different product or an incomplete request.
Use the hotel match to select the zone
Similar resort names can point to different locations, and a former brand may still appear on a travel confirmation. Enter the full name and inspect the matching destination. If the booking form cannot identify the address confidently, send the property confirmation or a map pin instead of selecting the closest-looking label.
Keep the final quote with the booking
Before travelling, retain the confirmed fare, passenger details and agreed requirements in the same conversation. Ask how any proposed extra stop will be handled. For a return journey, supply the departure flight and date as well. That record is more useful at pickup than a generic price found while researching the trip.

Price is per vehicle, one-way, taxes included. 7–14 pax uses a van: VIP +$40 on local zones; quoted in the form.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.

- Use the exact property whenever possible. The address determines the appropriate destination zone.
