Prepare one clear family request
List each child separately with the information needed to review the seat request. Include every adult and the number of suitcases, rather than treating the baby and equipment as additions outside the passenger count. Tell dispatch if another family member is arriving on a different flight.
Explain how the equipment travels
Describe whether the stroller folds and provide dimensions if it is bulky. Mention a travel cot or other substantial item. A passenger allowance does not establish equipment capacity, so ask the team to confirm the full arrangement instead of relying on a vehicle category name.
Keep the arrival handoff manageable
Have an adult able to access the booking confirmation and phone while the group completes the airport process. Collect all required luggage before following the meeting instructions. If an airport issue holds you up, tell dispatch when possible rather than rushing a necessary airline or assistance procedure.
Repeat the requirements for the journey home
Specify the seats and equipment for both directions of a return booking. Include a changed hotel or split departure as a new detail for review. Pack the stroller and luggage before the agreed collection so the family can check the confirmed seating arrangement without consuming the airport allowance.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
