Measure the packed item that will travel
A rigid case and a soft bag can require different storage. Send length, width and approximate weight for large items, along with how many pieces you are bringing. Describe a disassembled item as it will actually arrive, not as the smaller everyday equipment it contains.
Count the rest of the group and bags
A vehicle that carries the sports case still needs space for people, checked suitcases and cabin bags. Include strollers or child-seat requests in the same message. Do not assume equipment can use passenger seats or be loaded in a way that has not been confirmed.

A POP VIP airport transfer takes the confirmed group and load to the agreed address. It does not arrange a tee time, lesson, dive clearance or equipment rental. For diving, the interval before flying and any altitude concerns need their own appropriate guidance, separate from the pickup time.
Plan what comes back to the airport
Tell dispatch if the return load differs or if the equipment will be collected at another property. A second collection is an additional itinerary detail. Have equipment packed and ready before the agreed hotel pickup so the departure allowance is not consumed by last-minute assembly.
