Verify the airport code on the itinerary
A journey advertised for Puerto Plata may involve a flight through another city. POP, STI and SDQ are different airports with different road arrangements. Send the arriving flight number and airport code so the quote and pickup refer to the same place.
Let airport signs guide the official process
Complete the arrival procedures directed by airport staff before seeking your transfer. The route through the building can depend on operational conditions and assistance needs. A private road booking does not authorize access to restricted airport areas or replace airport staff directions.
Use the booking record for the driver meeting
Keep the agreed name-sign and contact details available. If you are unsure which exit or location applies, describe where you are to dispatch from a staffed area. Moving between locations without communicating can make a simple meeting harder to complete.
Prepare a different plan for departure
For the return, use the departing airport and flight details when confirming the hotel collection. The driver meeting at arrivals is not the departure drop-off instruction. Check the airline's check-in information and allow time for the airport process after the road journey.
