A clear combined fare
The round-trip fare is twice the one-way VIP fare, less 5%, rounded to the nearest US dollar. The applicable larger-vehicle supplement follows the same transfer calculation. Child seats are added separately at $5 per seat for each journey.
Departure timing confirmed in writing
Give dispatch the departure flight number and the exact hotel or villa address. The team confirms your pickup time and meeting point, allowing for the drive and airport procedures.
If the return starts at another property or your itinerary changes, share the new address and flight details so the team can reconfirm the fare and arrangements.
