Find the address before comparing the amount
Select the full hotel name from the suggestions or identify the actual villa address. The matching zone supplies the base fare. Do not choose a cheaper nearby zone because its name sounds familiar. If the property is missing or a name is ambiguous, send the address for review rather than treating an uncertain estimate as confirmed.
Read the passenger and luggage assumptions
The published base fare covers the stated passenger range, but a headcount alone does not establish luggage capacity. Include checked bags, strollers and bulky items so the team can assess the vehicle. The existing larger-group supplement is a vehicle charge per journey, not a charge multiplied by every extra passenger.
Understand a round-trip estimate
Booking both directions applies the existing 5% discount to the combined transfer fare, rounded to whole USD. Child-seat charges are added after that discount. Supply both flights and dates so the request describes the full booking. A round-trip price should not be confused with an arrival-only quote or a per-person amount.
Confirm anything outside the direct airport journey
An extra stop, a second accommodation address or a special vehicle requirement can change what needs arranging. Describe it before travel and ask for the complete written quote. The price table is for POP VIP's published airport routes; it is not a universal tariff for sightseeing, other operators or every possible private itinerary.
