Your arrival in Emotions by Hodelpa
Inside the gated Playa Dorada complex, about 10–15 minutes from the terminal.
Emotions by Hodelpa Puerto Plata sits inside the gated Playa Dorada complex, which is the closest resort area to the airport — the drive is 10 to 15 minutes and most guests are at reception before a shuttle would have finished loading. The only checkpoint is the complex gate, where security logs the vehicle and the guest name, so we send your booking name with the driver and the barrier is a formality. Several hotels share the internal loop road inside Playa Dorada, so we put the exact property on the job sheet rather than letting a driver follow signs.
For your Emotions by Hodelpa booking, send the property name exactly as it appears on your accommodation confirmation. Include any entrance instructions, apartment or villa number, and luggage details so dispatch can prepare the final drop-off.
Keep your flight number and a reachable WhatsApp number with the request. If your itinerary changes, send the revised details before travel so the team can confirm the arrangements.
