Explain the actual requirement: a stroller and suitcases, golf bags, a villa instead of the booked hotel, or several arriving flights. Avoid duplicate pickups and accidental cancellations
Tell the original provider that you are considering separate transport and ask what notification or change procedure applies. Do not simply fail to meet its driver.
