Copy the complete property name rather than an abbreviated name from a tour message. Include the town or area when two suggestions look similar. Gran Ventana and Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada belong to the established Playa Dorada / Costa Dorada zone, while Viva Tangerine belongs to Cabarete. Those are examples of our existing mapping, not a reason to treat every north-coast resort as the same destination. For a villa, the community and exact unit can be more useful than its private advertising name.
Resolve uncertain names before accepting a fare
Travel agents and older reviews sometimes retain a former hotel brand. Check the current operating property and entrance with the accommodation, particularly if a reopening or name change is involved. A familiar name in a search result is not proof that a property is currently receiving guests. Give POP VIP the confirmed address or location pin so dispatch can assess the destination without changing the underlying hotel-zone assignments.
Prepare the final approach as part of the request
A zone identifies the fare basis, but it does not describe every gate or reception building. Send host instructions, a villa number or the correct lobby when the property has more than one entrance. Explain whether keys must be collected elsewhere and ask about that additional stop in advance. A private VIP airport journey should have a clear endpoint for both the driver and the guests, rather than an argument about a broad resort area.

The existing fare calculation remains unchanged: the form uses the applicable VIP zone amount and the established supplements. Space and access requirements still need confirmation. For a return booking, provide both flights and tell the team if the departure address differs.
