Check the complete vehicle arrangement
Passenger capacity and luggage space are separate questions. A group that fits by headcount may need more room once strollers and checked bags are included. Send the number and approximate size of the items that matter. POP VIP confirms the vehicle arrangement instead of treating the VIP label as a guarantee of a specific model or unlimited space.
Make both journeys part of the seat request
If you book a return transfer, specify the requested seats for both directions. The fee is per seat and per journey, and is added after the transfer discount. Update dispatch if family members leave on different flights or if the return pickup address changes; that is a different arrangement from collecting the whole group together.
Keep essentials accessible at arrivals
Pack the confirmation, a working phone and the information needed for accommodation access where an adult can reach them. After collecting all bags, follow the agreed meeting instructions. Tell dispatch if an airport issue delays your exit. At the vehicle, allow time to check the confirmed seating arrangement before setting off.
