Describe the purpose of the stop
A brief purchase of essentials and a full household shop can involve very different waiting and luggage needs. Explain the request honestly so dispatch can assess it. Do not use a short note such as 'quick stop' to assume that any duration or location is covered.
Check the timing against the arrival
The flight schedule is not the time you will leave the airport. Airport procedures, bags and the group's readiness come first. For an evening arrival, ask what is practical rather than promising a host that a particular store will still be open after landing.
Include purchases in the space plan
Groceries need space alongside suitcases, strollers and passengers. Tell dispatch about a large purchase or unusual load before the vehicle is assigned. A shopping stop should not result in bags being carried where passengers or child restraints need to be accommodated.
Keep property access and price confirmation connected
A host may need a realistic arrival window and gate instructions may change late in the evening. Confirm the full itinerary and any additional charge with POP VIP before travel. If the plan changes on the day, ask dispatch to approve the revision rather than arranging it informally at the curb.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
Book on WhatsAppQuestions we get on this
- Is shopping included in the airport price?
- Do not assume it. Request the stop and ask for the complete written arrangement.
- Can you promise a specific store will be open?
- Store operation is separate from the transfer. Ask what is practical for the actual arrival itinerary.
