Save the booking record before you fly
Keep the confirmed destination, contact number and requested requirements together. A screenshot helps when a connection is unreliable. Share it with another traveller if useful, but avoid displaying passports or unrelated payment information while asking strangers for directions.
Check a proposed change through your own contact
If someone says your driver has changed, open the dispatch conversation you already saved. Ask the team to confirm what you should do. Do not rely solely on a number handed to you by the person proposing the change, and do not leave the agreed area without clarity.
Keep transport discussions separate from airport procedures
Follow airport officials for immigration and customs. For the POP VIP vehicle, use the confirmed transport instructions. Neither the transfer brand nor a hotel reference authorizes anyone to collect an unrelated fee or take your documents for a different service.
Resolve uncertainty before moving the group
If the meeting is unclear, stay in a staffed arrivals area and contact dispatch with your booking name and location. Keep bags and children together. The aim is to reconnect with the confirmed arrangement, not to make another rushed booking while the original pickup is unresolved.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
Book on WhatsAppQuestions we get on this
- Does a hotel name prove someone is our driver?
- No. Verify the person and arrangement against the booking confirmation and official dispatch conversation.
- What should I send if I cannot find the meeting point?
- Send your booking name and current location to dispatch. Ask airport staff for help staying in a staffed area if needed.
