Start with the course's own arrival requirement
Ask when players should be at reception or the pro shop before the tee time. Include any equipment or practice plans in your own schedule. Dispatch can review a collection request, but an optimistic road estimate should not replace the course's check-in allowance.
Tell the team how the clubs are packed
List golf bags, rigid cases and other luggage together with the passenger count. Provide dimensions for bulky equipment and explain whether clubs remain in a travel case. A nominal passenger capacity does not establish space for every player's equipment.
Agree the return as a defined handoff
A round can finish at a different time from the one initially expected. Ask how the proposed return arrangement works and where guests should meet the vehicle. A drop-off does not automatically reserve a car to wait at the course throughout the activity.
Separate the golf outing from flight-day transport
If you intend to play before leaving for POP, allow the course requirements, collection of luggage and full airport allowance. A second property stop must be included in the request. Keep the airport booking current and do not make the flight depend on finishing a round at an exact minute.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.

- Does the transport quote reserve a tee time?
- No. Confirm the course booking directly and give dispatch the arrival target.
- Can I assume a return car waits throughout the round?
- No. Agree the return collection or waiting arrangement explicitly before accepting the booking.
