Ask the accommodation what is actually available
A room may not be ready when your flight arrives. Find out where luggage can be stored and which facilities, if any, your booking allows you to use while waiting. Do not infer a free early room, day pass or late checkout from a transfer confirmation.
Choose where the airport journey should end
If the property can receive the group, confirm its entrance and arrival instructions with POP VIP. If you want to go elsewhere first, describe that route before travel. Waiting for a room does not automatically turn a direct airport transfer into a sightseeing booking.
Prepare the last day around the confirmed collection
Ask the property about checkout, stored bags and any paid extension. Keep the POP VIP pickup point and flight allowance clear even if you spend the afternoon elsewhere. The driver needs to know where the whole group and luggage will be ready.
Review separate journeys as separate requests
A second hotel, restaurant visit or additional collection can change the itinerary and quote. Tell dispatch what you need and wait for confirmation. Avoid leaving luggage at one address while expecting a single pickup at another to cover both without prior agreement.
