Check whether the same flight is simply late or whether you now have another flight number, date or arrival airport. POP and STI are different airports. Keep airport and airline decisions with the right provider
Use the airline for replacement flights, baggage arrangements and check-in instructions. POP VIP reviews the road transfer. A car booking cannot protect a separate airline ticket or promise that a tight onward connection remains possible after a delay.
Request a revised road plan when necessary
A different airport or accommodation can change the route and quote. Tell dispatch whether the whole group is still travelling together and whether luggage or assistance requirements have changed. Wait for the revised arrangement to be confirmed instead of applying the original destination fare to another journey.
Recheck the return independently
If the disruption changes the holiday dates, inspect the departure booking too. Confirm the correct hotel, airport and local date for the journey home. Save the latest messages so the arriving group and the person coordinating the booking both use the same version.
